I'm Nadia

I used to be a social drinker, mainly binge drinking. Then it turned into a few glasses of wine on weekends, sometimes during the week. It started as fun, but slowly became a habit I didn’t even enjoy. I kept asking myself: Why am I still doing this?

After one family dinner, I had a moment of clarity. I knew I wanted to stop. But quitting brought new fears. Would I seem boring? How do I socialise without alcohol? Could I actually live without it?

Through years of personal development and eventually becoming certified as a life coach, I discovered a process that changed everything. Instead of relying on willpower, I learned how to shift the way I thought and felt about alcohol until the desire simply faded away. I didn’t force it. I just stopped wanting it.

Now, I help people like me: busy, successful, not “alcoholics,” but quietly stuck in a drinking cycle. They want to stop but don’t know how, at least not in a way that feels easy or sustainable.

The truth is, life without alcohol isn’t a loss. It’s a gain - more energy, better health, deeper connections, and real joy.
